• The first mailer is a “Thank You” postcard and address labels with the client’s name and new address. After that, your clients will receive either a postcard or magazine every 4 months
• Realtors will be notified every time their client receives something
• Realtors will need to send LTM a photo that they would like to use for the mailers (if you get a new/updated photo, this can easily be changed)
• When Realtors sign up, they will need their contact information, payment information, photo, and who they would like to send the mailers to. Once they submit all this information the first time, moving forward, all LTM will need is who they want to send it to.
• If a client should move or pass away and the realtor does not want to send them mailers anymore, they can transfer the remaining years left to a different client if they wish to do so.
• Realtors can go back and sign up clients they have had closings with before the program started
